Unless specifically stated in the product description, all merchandise is sold AS IS.

Wholesale Liquidation Sales

Due to the nature of wholesale liquidation merchandise, most sales are considered final.

Bulk Pallet Liquidator will review claims related to:

  • Shipping errors
  • Significant freight damage
  • Merchandise substantially different from the product description

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect purchasing decisions
  • Customer expectations regarding brands, colors, models, sizes, or product assortment
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Damaged or missing retail packaging
  • Normal wear from customer return merchandise
  • Overstock inventory sold as described
  • Shelf pull merchandise
  • Product variations disclosed in the listing
  • Clearance or final sale items

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product listings before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong pallet or merchandise was shipped due to an error by Bulk Pallet Liquidator.
  • The shipment arrived with significant documented freight damage.
  • The merchandise received is materially different from the product description.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Bulk Pallet Liquidator.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any merchandise, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Bulk Pallet Liquidator.

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

To request an RMA, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Contact information
  • Photos of the pallet
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • Photos showing any damage or discrepancies
  • Detailed explanation of the issue

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any issues involving:

  • Freight damage
  • Missing merchandise
  • Incorrect products
  • Shipping discrepancies

must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to inspect and report qualifying issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Shipping Damage Claims

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the shipment before signing delivery paperwork.
  • Document any visible damage with the freight carrier.
  • Note damage on the delivery receipt whenever possible.
  • Take clear photos of the pallet, packaging, and damaged items.
  • Contact Bulk Pallet Liquidator within 48 hours.
  • Keep all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Failure to properly document freight damage may affect eligibility for reimbursement or resolution.

Missing Items or Product Issues

If your order contains missing merchandise or products that significantly differ from the listing description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the shipment
  • Photos of pallet contents
  • Details of the missing or incorrect items

Each claim will be reviewed individually before a resolution is provided.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Bulk Pallet Liquidator.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment status and provide assistance where applicable.

Refund Eligibility

If a claim is approved, Bulk Pallet Liquidator may provide one of the following solutions:

  • Full refund
  • Partial refund
  • Replacement merchandise (if available)
  • Store credit

The resolution provided will depend on the circumstances of the individual claim.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval or completion of any required inspection.

Additional processing time may be required depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or inspected pallets
  • Sorted inventory
  • Merchandise that has been resold
  • Clearance products
  • Final sale items
  • Products accurately described in the listing
  • Cosmetic imperfections consistent with liquidation merchandise
  • Packaging damage
  • Inventory variations disclosed before purchase
  • Customer dissatisfaction with product assortment

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before warehouse processing begins.

Once an order has entered processing, preparation, or shipping, cancellations may not be accepted.

Approved cancellations may be subject to applicable processing fees, administrative fees, or non-refundable costs.

Refused Shipments

Shipments refused without prior approval may result in additional charges, including:

  • Return freight costs
  • Original shipping charges
  • Carrier fees
  • Restocking fees

These costs may be deducted from any approved refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error made by Bulk Pallet Liquidator.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Brokerage fees
  • Government charges
  • Local import requirements

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.

Fraud Prevention

Bulk Pallet Liquidator is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

Chargebacks
